If the community approves the facilities referendum on April 5, the architectural design phase would begin immediately and last until early 2023. Work associated with the outdoor athletic projects would begin by late Fall 2022 (after the fall sports season has concluded) with renovation and construction work in the building scheduled to start in the late Spring 2023. The entire project is expected to take approximately two years to complete, and is estimated to be finished by late Fall 2024.
